The law firm of Barbieri & Associates, L.C. is a law firm which practices primarily in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, including Kansas and Missouri. We do, however, accept cases from other jurisdictions. Neither visiting this site nor exchanging e-mail with the attorney or representatives at the law firm of Barbieri & Associates, L.C. will create an attorney/client relationship. Barbieri & Associates, L.C. will enter into such relationship only after meeting with a prospective client, ensuring that no conflict of interest exists and mutually agreeing on essential matters, including the scope of representation and any fee and expense arrangements. Until Barbieri & Associates, L.C. enters into a written attorney/client relationship any communications to us by a prospective client will not be governed by the rule that protects confidentiality of communications between a prospective client and attorney. While our office will endeavor to respond promptly to any e-mail sent to us, we neither accept requests for nor provide specific legal advice by e-mail except to established clients. Both site visitors and established clients should be aware that (1) internet communications to us and our responses are not necessarily secure and confidential unless an encryption program is used and (2) we are not using an encryption program at this time.
